Six stages

From drawing to delivery

  1. 01

    Enquiry

Send a drawing, a sample, or a napkin sketch. We reply with open questions inside one business day and tell you plainly what we can and cannot hold.

  2. 02

    DFM & VA/VE

Design for Manufacturability review. Our engineers flag routing, strain relief and component risks, and suggest alternative parts to cut total cost and improve durability.

  3. 03

    Prototype

One piece is a valid order. We build the prototype, measure it, and send the inspection record with it — the small intricate work mass-producers refuse.

  4. 04

    Production

Built on lines sized for your quantity, in our own factory, by the same people who reviewed the drawing — not handed to an unnamed subcontractor.

  5. 05

    100% inspection

A zero-defect quality management system under ISO 9001, with 100% inspection — every unit, every lot, recorded.

  6. 06

    Delivery & support

Lines built to absorb urgent requests, mid-stream design changes and legacy product runs long after the original supplier has moved on.

Before you enquire

What to send us

  • Quantity — one prototype or 200 per month
  • Application and operating environment
  • Connectors and wire specification
  • Target date

One piece is a valid order. The more you can tell us about the application, the better the quote.
